15Network

The 15 Network is run by 15 Marketing founder Ben Starr. Ben previously worked for Herotech, the company behind Think Bingo and Bingo Scotland, he also worked for Cashcade the company behind Foxy Bingo. This network is really best seen as another name for Jumpman Gaming. Jumpman manage, operate and provide the software designs for all the sites on this network. It is now quite a reasonably sized group, with around 25 titles at the last count. These include Bingo Hombre, Film and Lucky Rainbow Bingo, to name just three. They are all registered and licenced via the UK channel island of Guernsey. This territory falls under the jurisdiction of the UK Gambling Commission, so they are regarded as safe to play for UK residents.

These sites do all seem to look quite similar and clearly related – sister sites is a particularly appropriate description. They are at the more basic end of the online bingo spectrum, with little in the way of flashy graphics or intrusive pop ups. This is not a criticism. The focus is clearly on the bingo, and the sites are smooth running and easy to navigate. The bingo provided is the traditional 90 and 75 (American) formats of the game. There is a good range of alternative games on offer if this is insufficient to keep you occupied. All the sites are well designed and functional – efficient, easy to play, but unremarkable. The only clear exception to this description is the exclusive and unique “Spin the Wheel” feature, which is prominent on every member of the network. This distinctive promotion enables the bingo player to earn extra bonuses when making your first deposit. The spinning wheel is in fact a very good distinguishing feature. If you see it, you know you are on the 15 Network.

Payment options are also focused on the more typical methods. You can use Visa, MasterCard credit cards and Visa, Maestro and Switch debit cards, but e-payment methods are hard to find on this network. Withdrawal rules are certainly competitive by online bingo standards – you need to spend just three times your deposit + bonus before making a withdrawal on these sites. So if, for example, you deposit £10 and receive an introductory bonus of £20, you would need to wager £90 (3 x £30) in real funds before making your first withdrawal.

The 15 Network is in fact a well-proportioned size: it is big enough to have a good enough critical mass of players to enable some really attractive prizes and jackpots to be offered. But it is also small enough to retain a reasonably cosy and friendly atmosphere – like you’re playing with friends. And because there are fewer players than on some of the more famous networks, you should have a better chance of winning a reasonable sum at some point.

So overall, if you’re looking for sparkle and fizz and radical new ideas, you probably won’t find it here. If you like some of the more unusual forms of the game, or you are an adrenaline fuelled lover of “speed” bingo, you may need to look elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you love bingo and just want to get on with the game, there’s much to love about the 15 Network. It’s a good, straightforward and attractive option for the traditional player.
